Add NFL commissioner Roger Goodell’s name to the list of executives who will be deposed in Colin Kaepernick’s collusion case against the league.

NFL executive vice president/football operations Troy Vincent and senior vice president of player engagement Arthur McAfee will also be deposed, according to an ESPN report.

As previously reported, Kaepernick’s attorneys are also seeking the depositions of several team owners, including the Cowboys’ Jerry Jones, Patriots’ Robert Kraft, Texans’ Bob McNair, Seahawks’ Paul Allen and 49ers’ Jed York.

All these executives will be asked to turn over phone records and emails as part of Kaepernick’s legal pursuit.

Kaepernick is claiming the NFL and its owners have colluded to keep him off a roster “in retaliation” for his role in starting what’s become a league-wide movement of players protesting during the national anthem.

EDITOR’S NOTE: As I’ve said before, if Kaepernick does not want to work, he could always be a community organizer like Barack Obama once was.
