The People's Republic of San Francisco passed an interesting ordinance back in 2015. The ordinance required that sugared sodas be labeled, with 20% of the label space available on the product packaging, warning consumers that consumption of that product could make them fat and stupid and cause their feet to fall off (more or less). It was passed unanimously by the Board of Stupidvisors.
The federal appeals court just ruled by 11-0 that the ordinance was unconstitutional as it inhibited free speech.

Diet sodas are probably just as bad for you. I like an ice cold regular Dr. Pepper every now and then.
I approve the following warning on everything. "Too much of anything is bad for you."
