I guess Palmdale, CA must be a real shithole. They have armed security at the McDonalds. Good thing they did. A day or two ago an as-yet unnamed 29-year old man crashed his car at the nearby Carl's Jr restaurant. He then took off his clothes, ran over to the McDonalds with a knife, and started stabbing at patrons, injuring an 88-year old man there with his grandson. The naked knifer then tried to stab the armed security guard, who did not appreciate that, and who shot him to death.
The cops have a sneaking hunch that some sort of substance abuse or mental health issue, or a combination thereof, may be involved. Just off the top of my head I think they might have something there.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Substance abuse or mental health issue? Not necessarily. After all it's Kookfornia!
