Biden will appear in person at the DNC National Convention to accept
the nomination but he will be damn near the only one there. It will be
mostly virtual. I am GUESSING that there will be a handful of actual
humans from each state coordinating some sort of electronic input from
from "secure" computers, but since Senile Joe already has enough votes
for the nomination I am not sure anybody will give a damn.
