FELONY COUGHING

The San Jose PD is investigating a case of assault by coughing.  The situation developed when a middle-aged White woman apparently-allegedly became enraged when she heard a young mother speaking to her mother in Spanish.  The malefactor then walked up to the young mother's child, who was in a baby stroller, and (allegedly) deliberately coughed in the kids face three times before leaving.  This took place in some sort of business establishment and there is pretty good video of the whole thing.  The local constabulary are taking it seriously.
