No one is above the law? Tell that to America's least favorite
deadbeat dad, Hunter Biden who's walking away from a FIVE-YEAR probe
into tax and gun crimes with nothing more than a slap on the wrist. It's
an abomination of justice

After a 5-year federal investigation, countless man hours and gallons of
newspaper ink spilt, America's least favorite deadbeat dad appears to
have received the sweetest of sweetheart deals.
A gentle slap on the wrist for Hunter and a straight punch in the nose for the rest of us.
Call me naive, but I didn't expect this to be so blatant.
On Tuesday, Joe Biden's Justice Department offered our troubled First Son a plea deal for tax evasion and illegal gun possession.
After a 5-year federal investigation, countless
man hours and gallons of newspaper ink spilt, America's least favorite
deadbeat dad appears to have received the sweetest of sweetheart deals.
For
those alleged crimes, dear old H, former crack head and prostitute
connoisseur, is expected to walk free with little more than probation.
Hunter
allegedly failed to pay Uncle Sam at least $200,000 on $1.5 million of
income between 2017 and 2018. And for this, the scion of the Biden
family was handed two measly misdemeanors.
Next, we have a gun charge.
In
the depths of his addiction, Hunter allegedly lied on federal
background check and claimed that he was clean, when he wasn't. For that
Hunter will likely be given a pretrial diversion agreement.
Translation, no penalty.
The first
question we must ask is why exactly did this case take 5 years? That's
longer than the Russian Collusion investigation. It's longer than World
War Two, for that matter.
As of now, there's no explanation for that other than a whistleblower's claim that the DOJ 'slow-walked' the probe.
Hunter allegedly failed to pay
Uncle Sam at least $200,000 on $1.5 million of income between 2017 and
2018. And for this, the scion of the Biden family was handed two measly
misdemeanors.
'When I took control of this particular
investigation, I immediately saw deviations from the normal process,'
Gary Shapley, a 14-year veteran of the IRS told CBS News last month. 'It
was way outside the norm of what I've experienced in the past.'
What else didn't we see in the plea deal?
Any mention whatsoever of the Foreign Agent Registration Act, which sent Trump's 2016 campaign manager Paul Manafort to jail.
This
glaring omission exists despite the fact that Hunter, along with eight
of his family members have allegedly taken millions of dollars from a
Chinese company with close ties to the Communist government.
And finally, for those pay close attention, there was something else odd about today's announcement.
Hunter was offered a plea deal prior to his arrest and the conclusion of the case – or so it appeared.
'The investigation is ongoing,' read a DOJ press release on Tuesday.
Hunter's
attorney saw it differently. 'It is my understanding that the five-year
investigation into Hunter is resolved,' said lawyer Christopher Clark.
I'm sure that Clark's right. They've put Hunter's problems behind him.
Good for you, Hunter. Bad for us, America.
If you didn't think it before, you do now: there are two tiers of justice in America.
Do you think any other person in America would get the same treatment?
Criminal defense attorney Arthur Aidala says they wouldn't.
'I've
handed 100 federal criminal cases. For any ordinary person charged in
connection to a $200,000 tax liability, federal prosecutors would be
recommending jail time,' he told me. 'Plus, they've negotiated a plea
deal before an arrest and even the conclusion of the discovery process.
Altogether, this is 'kid glove' treatment taken to the extreme.'
This looks absolutely terrible to Americans. In fact, it looks like an abomination of justice.
And President Biden has been actively interfering in this investigation from nearly the get-go.

Just last month he told MSNBC, 'My son has done nothing wrong… I trust him. I have faith in him.'
Last
year, the First Lady made the meddling a family affair. 'Everybody and
their brother have investigated Hunter,' she told NBC News in October.
'They keep at it, and at it, and at it. I know that Hunter is innocent.'
Well, he's certainly not innocent, but he may as well be.
The double-standard is undeniable.
President Biden demands that wealthy Americans 'pay their fair share' of taxes, while his son cheats on his returns.
Democrats
declare that 'no one is above the law,' while Donald Trump is indicted
for allegedly mishandling classified documents at Mar-a-Lago and faces
the prospect of spending the rest of his life in prison, but Hunter
skates.
Let's not forget that Trump
also been charged in New York City under a suspicious novel legal theory
that allowed a biased prosecutor to criminalize a sleazy payoff to a
porn star.
And Trump, along with the nation, were the victims of a shoddy Russian collusion hoax.
No, the Hunter Biden saga cannot end here. There are too many lose ends.
This looks absolutely terrible to

nearly the get-go.
But mark my
words, the next time there's a bombshell Hunter headline the mainstream
media will claim that it's old news. After all, they'll lecture, a
Trump-appointed U.S. attorney has investigated it all and determined
that the First Son is in the clear.
Please remember that's complete b.s.
In the words of Joe Biden, 'Where's the money?'
That's right. And the good news is that with Republicans in control of the House of Representatives, we will hopefully find out.
Two
weeks ago, a closely guarded FBI form reportedly revealed allegations
that a Ukrainian oligarch paid Hunter and another unidentified member of
the Biden family $5 million apiece for their help quashing a corruption
probe of his company.
This week,
DailyMail.com reported emails showing that the very same Ukrainian tried
to help Hunter set up a bank account with a shady Maltese bank.
That's not weird at all.
On
Tuesday, a dogged and determined House Oversight Committee Chairman
James Comer vowed that his committee will not rest until the Biden
'family's schemes' are fully uncovered.
For sake of us all, I hope he does so that we can all restore our faith in American justice.

Biden says he is 'very proud' of Hunter in first comments on
bombshell plea deal: President smiles and ignores questions on whether
he told son to plead guilty - before handlers rush press out of the room
President Joe Biden
on Tuesday was supportive of his son Hunter, who made a deal with
federal prosecutors that would see him plead guilty of tax crimes and go
on probation over a gun charge - likely avoiding any jail time.
Biden is in the Bay Area through Wednesday, mostly on a fundraising trip for his 2024 presidential campaign.
However
he appeared in front of the cameras for under five minutes Tuesday
afternoon in San Francisco, at an event alongside his 'buddy,' California Gov. Gavin Newsom, about artificial intelligence policy.
'I'm very proud of my son,' Biden said as
he was peppered with questions about Hunter's plea deal. He ignored them
at first but then answered.
He was
asked if he had spoken to Hunter today and did not respond to a shouted
query about whether he encouraged the first son to take the guilty
plea.
Reporters were then ushered out of the room.

What about the Biden crime family?

There is a fair
probability that this will result in whatever tax investigation MAY be
under way against other members of the Biden crime family going away.

What did people think was going to happen?
Remember folks, you -- a law abiding citizen owning a gun -- are a danger to the republic. Hunter Biden, a crack addict who lied on gun forms, and whose then-girlfriend threw his gun in a dumpster across from a high school, barely did anything wrong.
