The political landscape in Stockton is about to be more
"interesting" with the addition of Ralph Lee White to the city council
ballot. White was on the city council previously. He is a local
business man, including as a bail bondsman. There is a street near me
named for him. He approached the San Joaquin County Superior Court
alleging that he had been left off the ballot due to a failure in the
city clerk's office. The court bought it, and he will be on the March
ballot.
He is "colorful" and will bring a certain level of interest to the city's political operation.
