Washington, like many other warm and fuzzy blue states,
has a ban on possession of standard capacity (called high capacity)
magazines by private citizens within the state. If it holds more than
10 rounds it is evil and you can't have it.
Cowlitz
County Superior Court Judge Gary Bashor has just ruled that the law,
passed in 2022, violates both the state and federal constitutions.
His ruling was immediately put on hold by an appeal to the state supreme court.
Bullshit
like this will continue until SCOTUS steps hard on state and local
courts that keep throwing in variations of this every time they get the
chance. And then the voters should throw out the assholes who are
passing these laws, but they won't.
