US submarine attack on the Iranian frigate IRIS Dena
Within the last day or so a U S Navy submarine sank an
Iranian military vessel with a torpedo in the Indian Ocean. It happened
near Sri Lanka. This is the first time in 80 years that a U S
Submarine has sunk an enemy ship with a torpedo. As a student of
military history I find this really interesting.
With any sort of luck the Iranian navy will soon exist only at the bottom of the ocean or hiding out in neutral ports.
EDITOR'S NOTE: No luck needed. Iran's warships are sitting ducks.
