Let’s hope some of his fellow prison inmates will drag his rotten ass up and down the cement floor of his cell block.

A 28-year-old man captured on video dragging a bloodied puppy on a leash was sentenced to 16 months in prison Wednesday after he pleaded no contest to felony animal abuse, prosecutors said.
In addition to pleading to two felony counts of animal cruelty, Dossey James was prohibited from "owning or having contact with" any animals for 10 years, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
Video images and witness statements show James repeatedly dragged the bleeding 4-month-old pit bull on the street and a sidewalk because the animal refused to walk, according to authorities. Video footage also shows James picking up the puppy and throwing it to the ground.
Members of the department's Animal Cruelty Task Force arrested James, who was on probation for a burglary conviction, on Jan 3. in South Los Angeles. He also admitted to a similar animal cruelty incident that occurred Dec. 19, prosecutors said.
The puppy underwent surgery to repair lacerations and was expected to make a full recovery, police said.
Officials cited the increased use of smartphones to record acts of animal cruelty as playing an important role in prosecuting such cases.
"This valuable evidence has contributed greatly to the identification of suspects and criminal charges of animal cruelty being filed," LAPD officials said in a statement after James' arrest.

They ought to drag his sorry ass around on a leash for a while just to see how he likes it.
