LEGIT WORRY OR NOT?

Justice Scalia dropped dead today. He was a SERIOUS conservative voice on the
United States Supreme Court. Already the pundit class in the media is speculating
that God-King Obama will attempt a recess appointment to the court and that
Mitch McConnell may have to act to keep the senate in session all through the year
to stymie this action.

You might recall that Obama got kicked in the crotch by SCOTUS over his in-
your-face abuse of recess appointments. That doesn’t mean he won’t try it again.
Hell, he might appoint Michelle to the court. Or Al Sharpton.

I would like to think that Barry has his head on straight enough that he wouldn’t try
such chicanery. However, to a good liberal, the end justifies the means, so…..

EDITOR’S NOTE: Or Eric Holder. But to get real, Obama, much as he might like, would never nominate Holder because he damn well knows that he wouldn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting a Republican Senate to approve the hated former Attorney General.
