Bill Cosby has filed a legal action against a woman he paid hush money to because she wouldn’t keep her mouth shut.
Cosby paid Andrea Constand a significant amount of hush money in 2005. Last year the woman participated in a police interview regarding Cosby’s sexual assault on her. Cosby’s lawyers assert this is a violation of the confidentiality agreement and they want their hush money back.
