Stanley Sniff is the Sheriff of Riverside County, CA. He is being sued over a very specific section of his CCW policy.
A number of plaintiffs in the lawsuit, of which Arie van Nieuwenhuyzen is the principal, are aggrieved because Sheriff Sniff has a firm policy of refusing to issue CCW permits to legal resident aliens. He won't even let them file an application.
I suspect the courts will rule that he does not have a leg to stand on.
