A fraternity member who was arrested for hazing last month has committed suicide.

Andrew Walker, a 19-year-old from Massachusetts who was enrolled at Texas Christian University, was found dead on the sidewalk of the school's Fort Worth campus on Thursday night.

According to police he had jumped to his death from the fourth floor of an apartment complex parking garage.

The medical examiner has determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma from a fall.

Last month, Walker and Christopher Barksdale were arrested after they allegedly forced pledges to sort sprinkles, eat expired guacamole and drink dangerous quantities of vodka straight from the bottle.

Participating in Hazing rituals should State Jail Felonies.

Four floors is not enough to do the job 100% of the time. And hazing should be prosecuted more often, and made illegal in places where it isn't already.
