Douglas Dale Donaldson, 32, used to be a resident of Stockton. He is now a guest of the county, pending #250,000 bail. He thought it would be fun to play laser tag with the Stockton P D helicopter.
It is a felony, and the feds sometimes prosecute on federal charges for this offense.
Maybe between now and his trial he can buy a hamster and get a brain transplant to up his IQ a bit.
