Four people were shot at an Alabama high school football game — at the same stadium where 10 were shot two years ago.

At least one of Friday’s victims was in critical condition after the shooting, which took place shortly before 10 p.m. at the Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, where the Vigor High School Wolves were leading the Williamson High School Mighty Lions 28-12 with 5: 49 remaining in the contest, which was immediately halted, according to NBC15 News and AL.com.

As shots ring out, screaming fans rush from the stands on one side of the stadium as players on the field dive for cover, harrowing video posted on Twitter by WKRG-TV reporter Simone Eli shows.

PA announcers can be heard in the video telling fans to “cover themselves” as people run onto the field and throughout the stadium.

Police are looking for the people in this photo in connection to the shooting

Mobile police posted a photo on Facebook early Saturday showing a group of “suspects of interest” and asked the public for help locating the three individuals.

Police Chief Paul Prine said three of the individuals shot were male, one female; two of were juveniles. He was not sure which of the victims was critically injured. Police believe five to seven shots were fired, and recovered four shell casings so far.

Among the questions Prine said would be investigated is how the gun made it into the stadium, where metal detectors were installed after the 2019 shooting.

“This type of gun violence is not going to be tolerated, and as the new chief, we will be very serious about it,” Prine said in a press conference. “If you’re involved in this in any way, you need to turn yourself in.”

The shooting happened with 5:49 left in the contest, which Vigor led 28-12, AL.com reported.
