Devon Flanagan was out in
Newport, R.I. with her female buddy when she overstayed her welcome at
the Clark Cooke House Restaurant just before 10 p.m. five days ago. She
was drunk and she refused to leave when the staff asked her to do so.
The
cops responded. She demanded they turn off their body cams. They
didn't. She identified herself as the state's Special Assistant Attorney General They were
unimpressed. She asserted that they HAD to turn off the camera if she
asked them to. They were still unimpressed. She informed them that
they would regret their actions. They were still unimpressed. They
hooked her and booked her. They also hooked and booked her female
wingman for being a drunk asshole in public and resisting arrest.
It is likely that Ms. Flanagan will be unemployed by the end of this week. Her buddy is apparently not employed by the state.

I watched the clip. It was funny as shit. Those cops did it by the book. She and her friend are toast.
Turns out the friend's husband was the designated driver and was present during the whole thing. He appeared to be your typical, neutered snowflake quasi-male whose wife carries his nuts around in her purse.
