The
City and County of San Francisco is attempting a charter revision that
will (theoretically) prohibit ICE agents from operating on city property
in San Francisco. I grant you it is possible they are so fucking
stupid that they think a city action can legally inhibit the feds. More likely it is some pointless or maybe semi-pointless virtue
signalling. The action, if approved in it's current form, would also
create a fund for legal assistance for undocumented democrats. Perhaps
that is the REAL objective of the action.
