DOG ‘LOVER’ SHOULD HAVE GONE TO CALIFORNIA FOR HIS ROMANTIC INTERLUDE

Aw shucks, in Kookfornia, many people consider diddling a dog to be normal sexual behavior. I suppose us Texans are just plain backwards.

Last week a man in the Rio Grande Valley caught one of his neighbors trespassing in his kennel, diddling his dog.

It happened last Tuesday in the town of San Juan. San Juan Police Department Sgt. Rudy Luna said Jose Angel Hernandez, 54, was spotted by the homeowner when he got up to feed his pooch in the morning.

Here is what the dog's owner told Valleycentral.com about the incident.

"It's something that you really can't imagine. I see my neighbor out there with his pants down -- molesting my dog. I wasn't prepared to see that that morning."

Nevertheless, the man quickly collected himself and managed to call police. Hernandez pulled up his pants and jumped the fence, but was quickly caught and arrested and charged with public lewdness. That was not his first sex-related charge this year. Back in February, he was charged with indecent exposure.

If Hernandez is convicted in the dog rape, the next such crime would be a felony and he would have to register as a sex offender.

The public lewdness charge could net him up to a year in the county jail. His bond was set at $4,000.

Was the dog under age?

With a name like Hernandez, it was probably a chihuahua, which says something about the size of his manhood.
