‘PENIS ENVY’ DROVE HIMTO IT

Revenge is served cold to creep who made lover march Harlem naked

Now it’s his turn to be cold.

The arrogant creep who was found guilty of forcing his naked gal pal into the freezing streets of Harlem against her will to publicly humiliate her for texting other men whined to The Post Sunday that the blanket he was given in jail is “too small” and that he never imagined the video he shot of the cruel prank would land him behind bars.

Jasson Melo, 26, made the comments as he flirted with a Post reporter, telling her he was so certain he’d be acquitted that he instructed his parents not to fly in from the Dominican Republic as he waited for a verdict.

“I’m surprised,” Melo said as his fingered tattoos on his forearms–including one of his baby mama’s name–and attempted to stare deeply into the reporter’s eyes.

“If could go back to that day I wouldn’t do it,” the abuser mused, running his fingers through his hair. “I had a good job at the United Nations. I lost my daughter that I love, a woman i loved very much, a career, my future.”

Melo was locked up Friday after jurors convicted him of coercing the mother of his child out onto the frigid sidewalk, wearing only a thin towel, while he filmed and taunted her. As she begs for him to stop, he tugs off the towel, leaving her completely exposed in the January 2016 winter chill.

During closings, the jerk’s defense attorney said his client suffers from “penis envy”–which caused him to react so dramatically to finding a photo of another man’s member on the woman’s phone. He claims the the two were together, while she testified they were broken up when the incident occurred.

The self-proclaimed “most famous cuckold” had worked as a cook at the UN, but was fired following his arrest. He bizarrely wore his expired badge on a lanyard around his neck at the trial.

Melo claimed in the jailhouse interview that he and his ex had sex after he debased her in the street, but the young woman refuted that claim in court.

The cruel lover testified that he got the idea from a ritual that cheaters had to perform in Africa, but from jail he asserted he’d seen other, similar videos online. He also complained that the prosecutor, Caitlin Connolly, didn’t like him.

Melo faces up to seven years behind bars when sentenced in January.
