Voter registration in the formerly great state of California has exceeded 19 million, an all-time high. The Secretary of State is asserting that this is about 76% of those actually eligible to vote, though that is hard to be sure of because of the heavy voter fraud made possible by the motor-voter law that requires DMV to give voter registration cards to ALL persons, including illegal aliens, who get drivers licenses.
