In three weeks will be come upon the most important (IMHO) midterm election in living memory. If the Democraps take back a majority in the house they will bury the Trump administration in a never-ending stream of investigations and hearings. There is at least a moderate chance, based on history, that they will succeed in doing so. While they MAY take over the senate that is less likely, at least meaning the president will still be able to get judicial appointments thru. The point is if you think congress is doing nothing but jerking off and collecting campaign contributions now, wait until this mess comes into being.
I will be watching the election returns, if I am in any shape to do so after my morning appointment at DMV. Not looking forward to that mess. But look on the bright side, a morning at DMV may make even CA elections looks normal and reasonable.
