Traditionally Presidents will not appoint federal court judges that the sitting senators in that state object to. Trump doesn't give a flying fuck. There are currently three vacancies on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Trump TRIED to work with these two liberal jerkoffs, but got nowhere.
Trump has therefore nominated Daniel Collins and Kenneth Lee, both lawyers and litigators, and Patrick Bumatay, a United States Attorney. All are members of the Federalist Society and all are based in SoCal.
Both DiFi and Harris threw a hissy fit.
All three men are relatively young so could be on the court for many, many years.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Now the trick is to get them confirmed by the senate. The battle cry of the Democrats is: Remember Kavanaugh ... or is that Remember Christine Ford?
