I admit I have a problem with this concept in general. I know it is out there but I still have trouble understanding how a corporate entity, and not PEOPLE, are charged with criminal actions.
A case in point. PG&E was found guilty of criminal activity and put on five years probation after the disastrous fire storm in San Bruno eight years back. It was determined that PG&E diddled with the gas pipe line safety records. (Is there a Mr. PGE that did this. No. It was human beings. Either knowingly or being conned or under pressure but some PERSON, somewhere, knew what the hell was going on and that it was wrong.) So in 2016, when the shoes finished falling, the five year probation was put in place.
No there is a real consideration that PG&E may have, by reckless operation or maintenance of it's equipment, been criminally responsible for the Camp Fire and possibly other NorCal fires within the last two years. So, if they are in fact found guilty, what does that mean? Do they get put on double secret probation? Does somebody go to prison, as in an actual person. (Don't bet on that one.)
Also, the PUC is seriously considering breaking up PG&E in the belief that this action may make them more responsible and responsive. Anything is possible.

Double Secret Probation? Just like on Animal House. "Fat, Drunk and Stupid is no way to go through life, son."
One would hope that the Individuals who ordered, implemented, or otherwise performed actions which were obviously negligent or purposely criminal would be ferreted out and prosecuted.
One would hope.
(Not holding my breath).
Good move there Dave. Blue doesn't look that good on you, at least not on your face.
