This little mess went down on Franz Road in Katy, a town in Harris County, TX. near Houston. A 13-year old got a hair cut in the local barber shop. The kid left and was brought back by his father, complaining about the hair cut. The barber re-did the hair cut at no charge. At that time the father whipped out a pistol and shot the barber.
The barber is expected to survive. The cops are looking for an black male asshole driving a gray 4-door Honda Accord.
