Jose Jacinto, 27, and Kayla Riddle, 23, are perhaps not the brightest bulbs in the box.
At
about 6:45 pm on Saturday they walked into a liquor store in beautiful
Stockon, pulled a gun, stole some booze and fled in a car they left
parked where the clerk could easily see it.
An hour later they came back, in the same car, pulled a gun and stole some money. (Different clerk.)
This
apparently offended the cops and they spotted a matching vehicle with
two matching idiots in it and stopped the car. They found a loaded gun
and the stolen booze as well as some loose money in the car.
Both were arrested. (Though they were probably released almost immediately. Armed robbery is barely a crime in CA any more.)

So then, if they stole less than $1,000 dollars, is that still a felony in California?
