There isn't much doubt as to what happened. The how and why though is a little bit open to interpretation.
Assuming
the owner of the Costal Firearms gun store in Charleston, S.C. is
telling the truth he accidentally shot a customer in the face when he
"mistook" a real handgun for a BB gun, pointed at the customer and
pulled the trigger early this month. There was an independent ear
witness but no eye witness to the shooting.
The owner was arrested on charges of involuntary manslaughter.
This
is so stupid I have to wonder if there was something else going on, but
the witness did not report any sort of difficulty between the two men,
just normal conversation before a load BANG was heard.

Who in their right mind would point a BB gun at someone and pull the trigger. You can't fix stupid. I would check the back room fresh cement and other bodies. Idiot.
