Schaaf is the mayor of the shithole commonly known as Oakland, CA. She
is now pleading desperately for help from the state to deal with the
rampant violent crime. She wants license plate readers and assistance
rom the CHP retail theft task force.
Murders
are up 20%. Carjackings are up 77%. Armed robberies are up 46%. The
city is required by law to maintain at least 678 police officers on the
force, courtesy of a voter approved tax measure back in 2014. Right now
the city has 676 officers.

wonder what happened to DEFUND THE POLICE? Maybe she should hire BLM
to patrol the streets. Or maybe they should burn Oakland to the ground.

Oakland like many other WOKE cities tried the People's Experiment and it failed. I don't think some of these cities will recover. Businesses and sports franchises will leave along with decent, hard-working folks. At least Oakland and now SF now realize that they made bad choices.
