SENILE JOE STILL THINKS KAMALA IS THE PRESIDENT

Senile Joe, speaking at South Carolina State College, again declared that Kamala Harris was in fact the president.  That is the fourth or fifth time at least that he has said that, in public in front of cameras.  Hard to say he isn't senile if he can't even remember that he is the big cheese.
