Hutchins, husband of the late Halyna Hutchins, the photographer who was
shot to death by Alec Baldwin on the set of the movie RUST, has filed a
civil damages suit on behalf of himself and their nine-year old son.
It
seems, based on the limited information that I have seen, that Baldwin
is being sued both as the shooter and the head of the production
company. Also the armorer, prop master, assistant armorer, and the
first assistant director are being sued by name as well as pretty much
everybody who ever had anything whatsoever to do with the production.
That is fairly normal for such things.
Baldwin said earlier that he expected to be sued over the matter.

Alec Baldwin fucked up.
But he SAYS he didn't. The gun just went off by itself. It probably loaded itself and pointed itself at the photographer. Ask him. He wouldn't lie about something like that. (Would he?)
Being sued is ok. I like imprisonment better.
