The
San Francisco Police Department is using an interesting investigative
technique. They are using sexual assault VICTIM DNA results when
looking for bad guys. The as-yet-unnamed person involved is a woman who
was a rape victim years ago. She was identified as the bad guy in a
felony property theft crime (I didn't even know SF still arrested or
prosecuted those) via that rape kit. This is apparently not all that
rare according to San Francisco's leftie DA, Chesa Boudin.
Boudin is now working with members of the legislature to make this use of rape victims rape kits illegal.
EDITOR'S NOTE; That'll teach her to accuse some poor guy of rape.
