BETO O'ROURKE AIN'T GETTING NO LOVE IN TEXAS

Beto O'Rourke, the country's most famous fake Mexican, is running for Governor of the great state of Texas.  Sort of.  At least he is kind-of trying.

He has been trying to have events hither and yon.  Trouble is, people who control private venues are refusing to rent to him for his events.  You might almost think that an in-your-face gay man who took two months off his highly paid government job (with full pay) to bond with their adopted child and who has openly declared HELL YES WE ARE COMING FOR YOUR GUNS would be widely loved and respected in Texas, wouldn't you?  Or maybe not so much.

I am almost tempted to send him $20 to help keep him in the race as long as possible.  I won't, but I am almost tempted.
