I gotta admit I don't here about this every day.
Pickaway County deputies responded to a rural area near Circleville,
Ohio. They found a guy laying on the ground missing an arm and a very
aggressive zebra. The deputies gave aid and tried to scare the zebra
away but it wasn't interested. The owners family speculated that the
zebra was being protective of several female zebras also in the fenced
field. One of the deputies calmed the zebra down by shooting it in the
head.
The injured man,
who is the owner of the animals, was taken to the Grant Medical Center
for treatment. I wonder if they were able to reattach the arm? I
somehow doubt it.
