NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED

By Bob Walsh

A gray with white Pit Bull Terrier is sitting on grass in front of a red-nose Pit Bull Terrier and they both are looking to the right.

An as-yet unnamed man is Minnesota was killed by four dogs he was dog-sitting for a family member.

Neighbors heard him screaming for help in the back yard and called the cops.  The Brooklyn Center P D cops showed up and found the man being attacked by four pit bull terriers.  One of the officers deployed a less-lethal weapon, presumably a bean-bag round from a shotgun, and the dogs retreated into the house.  The cops rescued the man and got him into an ambulance but he died at the hospital.

The dogs have all been placed on guarrantine pending a dangerous dog evaluation.

Those dogs killed a person, and it was witnessed by police officers. Maybe an evaluation isn't needed.
