I have some friends who are serious animal appreciators. They have eight dogs, a number of barn cats and often a couple of horses, depending on whose horse needs some attitude adjustment. They are not just well meaning cat ladies, they are trained vet techs and spend a lot of time and money on the fur people.
They also come up with interesting names. One of the barn cats they have taken a shine to they have had a hard time coming up with a name for. It is a really pretty but very shy mostly white kitten. They have just determined the cat's proper name should be Booger, The Planet Destroyer. I am unsure why, but they assure me it is appropriate. At some time in the near future I will try to get his (her?) picture. It should be unbelievably cute.
