Jack Smith, the illegally appointed political hack and
hatchet man for the Biden political machine, has seen the handwriting on
the wall and has moved to drop all charges against Trump from the
so-called 2020 election interference case.
Hard to say if he has just seen the light, wants to avoid being on the receiving end of lawfare himself, or just what the hell is going on. It is, however, a good thing no matter which way you slice it.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Smith explained that he dropped the charges because the DOJ believes that the Constitution prohibits prosecutions against a sitting president. He said: "This outcome is not based on the merits or strength of the case against the defendant."
