OFF-DUTY COP AND HIS WIFE BOTH SHOOT NEIGHBOR.

This one is definitely a bit unusual.  On Friday morning LVPD officer Cesar Ibarra, 48, and his wife were hanging out in their home at Bolder City, Nevada, when they became aware of a ruckus occurring in their own back yard on 6th Street.  They checked and found a neighbor of theirs involved in some sort of physical altercation with a woman.  The officer managed to separate the combatants and escorted the woman to safety.  The neighbor inisisted on being a dick and pursued the matter while on Officer Ibarra's property.  It went sideways and both Officer Ibarra and his wife ventilated the neighbor.  He died.

It is unknown at this time if this was a domestic incident that went really bad or something else was going on.  Officer Ibarra, who has been a cop for 20 years, is currently on the routine paid administrative leave pending further investigation.
