Nicholas Sabo

Nicholas Sabo, 43, and his wife, of South Abington Township, PA. need to work on their communications.

Back on January 18 the wife ordered some groceries thru InstaCart.  The 35-year old driver, who was accompanied by both his wife and daughter, showed up with the groceries.  Their home security system indicated the person approaching, which Mrs. Sabo informed her husband of.  She neglected to mention the expected grocery delivery.  Hubby opened fire on the delivery driver.

The driver caught one round.  He managed to limp back to his vehicle and take off.  It is not known at this time if he left the groceries or not.  The bullet went thru one leg and lodged in the other.

Sabo provided a brief verbal statement to the cops.  He declined to make a formal statement.  His statement was apparently a bit thin.  He is currently a guest of the people of Lackawanna County pending $25,000 bail.
