New
Jersey is suing SIG to prevent the sale of any of their P320 pistols in
the state of New Jersey and to force the safety recall of those pistols
current in New Jersey.
SIG
is still maintaining that there is nothing wrong with the guns and the
problems are caused by poorly designed holsters or operator error.
