The United States Supreme Court has agreed to hear a
Second Amendment case from Hawaii. A new law in Hawaii prohibits the
carrying of concealed weapons on private property commonly open to the
public (i.e. shopping malls, restaurants, etc) unless that property is
posted specifically permitting carrying weapons. Previously the law was
reversed, you could carry unless it was posted indicating you could NOT
carry.
The Hawaii legislature has a long history of unfriendlyness towards honest, law abiding gun owners.
