Lindsay Lohan has continually failed to attend court-mandated alcohol education classes and she has missed or shown up late for a number of court hearings. Yesterday, during a probation hearing, L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel finally had it with Lohan thumbing her nose at the court and probation for the pas three years.
Judge Revel sentenced Lohan to serve 90 days in the L.A. County jail for violating her probation, to be followed by 90 days in a locked-down drug rehabilitation facility. After three years, I think the Judge was a day late and a dollar short!
Just before the sentence was handed down, a sobbing Lohan pleaded for another chance, telling the judge that work prevented her from attending the mandated classes. Apparently Lohan thinks that partying until the wee hours of the morning constitutes work.
There was something else she told Judge Revel. Lohan pointed a special message at the judge and she had it painted on her fingernail. On the ‘birdie’ finger of Lohan's left hand, which she often held to her lips, was the message "Fuck U."
A number of TV commentators expressed the opinion that the sentence was way too harsh. As a matter of fact, the prosecutor had asked for only 30 days. I wonder what Judge Revel would have done had she been able to see the "Fuck U’ message on Lohan’s middle finger?
But to all of you weeping and wailing for this spoiled and pampered Hollywood piece of trash, fear not. A spokesman for the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department explained that "generally, a female inmate in Lindsay's situation only serves 25% of their sentence" ... which means LiLo will most likely spend around 23 days behind bars. And you can bet that Sheriff Lee ‘Pepe LePew’ Baca, sheriff to the stars, will do everything he can to have Lohan released sooner than that.

Lindasy, along with most of the Hollywood elite, is a highly regarded artist. Like most talented actors and actresses, her work....her very life...is her art.
These people are special. They are sensitive. As such, they should not be subject to the same laws as are the massess. The crasser, less sensitive people. People like you and me Howie.
So try to show a little more tolerance and understanding, OK????
