RETURN THEM TO PRISON FOR FORNICATING IN A TRUCK?

Bob Walsh calls this a case of ‘Felonious Fornicating’ and says the parolees were ‘engaging in some horizontal recreation’ when they were seen by a local resident who promptly ‘ratted’ them out to the cops.

When I worked the Palm Springs area, I remember we (Riverside Sheriff's Department) and Palm Springs PD caught quite a few wealthy spousal cheaters - too cheap to get a hotel room - 'fornicating' in cars and I can't remember any of them getting busted for it.

In this case the cops didn’t even catch them in the act. They relied on the word of an uptight resident. If they had no outstanding warrants, I would have sweet-talked the resident out of filing a complaint. Then I would have taken the couple away, had my partner follow us in the pickup truck, and some distance from the scene of the crime, chewed their dumb asses out royally before telling them to head back to Banning and to park out in the desert the next time they’re going to fuck in the truck.

As it is, you can bet these idiots will not be returned to prison on a parole violation.

PAROLEES ARRESTED FOR HAVING SEX IN THEIR CAR

KPSP Local 2
April 10, 2011

Two parolees were arrested Sunday for allegedly having sex in their vehicle while parked near a residential Palm Springs neighborhood.

Palm Springs Police Lt. Mitch Spike said a resident called police at 5:22 a.m. to complain that two people were engaged in a sex act in a pickup truck parked in the 1300 block of North Indian Canyon Drive.

When officers arrived they found Richard Cortez, 25, and Melissa Montez, 40, both of Banning, seated in a pick-up truck. The witness said the pair had been having sex.

Police conducted a record check and found that Cortez and Montez were both on active parole. Both were arrested for suspicion of lewd conduct in a public place, which in turn triggered parole violations against each.

Spike said the parole violation meant the man and woman would be jailed without bail.
