The Supreme Court agreed today (01-19) to review lower court decisions which put the kibosh on the unilateral, illegal action by the God-King, Emperor Barack I, to prevent several million undocumented Democrats from being deported.
You might recall that, in 2014, the God-King issued a declaration to prevent the deportation of the parents of anchor babies. This was after he stated numerous times on the record that he had no such authority. A total of 26 states filed legal action against the declaration and the New Orleans based 5th U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the ruling of U. S. District Court Judge Andrew Harlen from Brownsville, TX which stated that the God-King’s executive action was invalid.
The Supreme Court agreed to hear the matter this session, which will result in a ruling by the end of June.
You might recall that in similar actions in 2012 and 2015 SCOTUS bailed Obama’s ass out on various aspects of Obamacare, including the declaration that is was in fact a tax function when all of the congressional action up until that point clearly said that it was in fact NOT a tax function.
If the God-King is upheld about four million parents of anchor babies who are in this country illegally will be able to stay, work legally, and eventually become registered Democrat voters.
