It seems that back in 2009 The Hildebeast attempted to steer, and if fact did steer, some federal government contracts to Jacqueline Newmyer Deal, a good bud of her daughter and the head of Team Strategy Group.
While it does not appear that anything actually illegal took place there may have been some ethics code violations involved in these federal contracts.
Personally, I don't see a problem. Hillary doesn't give a shit about ethics and everybody in a position to say anything forceful or doing anything effective about her cavalier attitude towards ethical lapses seems to be either unwilling or unable to do so.
It remains to be seen if the voters will do anything about it. In about 32 days we will know.
