THE STARS CAME OUT SUNDAY NIGHT ….. TO EXCORIATE TRUMP

The Hollywood stars and the street demonstrators are really more interested in excoriating Trump than they are in the immigration ban

At Sunday night’s Hollywood Screen Actors Guild (SAG) awards ceremony, the presenters and almost all the winners excoriated President Trump for his executive order on immigration.

The award winners came up and gave a cursory thanks before letting loose with a tirade of condemnations of Trump for his immigration ban.

If you’re a Trump supporter, this is nothing to let your bowels get in an uproar about. All of these sore losers were ardent supporters of Hillary Clinton, and some of them got out and campaigned for her.

I think they’re more interested in excoriating Trump than in the immigration ban. These Hollywood liberals all live in multi-bedroom dwellings. They have plenty of room to take in one or two refugee families. If they’re so concerned about immigrants, then why don’t they give them a place to live in their homes?

As for those street demonstrations, from what I’ve seen in still pictures and on the TV news broadcasts, most of the protestors are young college-aged rabble rousers. They’ve probably been egged on by their college professors. Like the Hollywood phonies, this rabble is much more interested in bashing Trump than they are about immigration. When the immigration furor dies down, you will find the very same people demonstrating against another one of Trump’s actions.

Few of the Hollywood stars and street demonstrators have ever served their country by risking their lives as members of the military, or as police officers and firefighters. At most, some of them have served in the Peace Corps or Teacher Corps, but that is a far cry from serving in the military or law enforcement. Instead, they have been left-wing activists during their college and post-college years. And for these anti-Trumpites, the new president is an easy target.
