Timothy Trybus, 62, of Des Plaines, Illinois, is now facing two felony hate crime charges as well as various charges relating to being stupid in public. He is the illiterate asswipe who went 5150 on a woman on June 14 in a public park in Cook County for wearing a T-shirt with a Puerto Rico flag on it. The woman, Mia Irizarry, was smart enough to record the encounter on a cell phone. When she summoned a near-by cop to assist her as she was being berated by the asswipe, the cop walked away. He is no longer employed.
But Trybus has an excuse. He was both drunk and high on pain killers at the time.

I saw the video. The guy was not only drunk but he is also a douche bag. I'll bet he's sober now.
