On Tuesday a federal judge ruled that California's prehistoric (1923) ban on signage advertising handguns for sale in gun stores was unconstitutional.
The case of Tracy Rifle and Pistol v. Becerra challenged California Penal Code section 26820. federal Judge Troy Nunley ruled that, in light of Heller and other SCOTUS rulings, banning a sign IN A GUN STORE which advertised handguns for sale was unconstitutional, and stupid.
