The People's Republic of San Francisco may be about to get demonstrative with the management of the Millineum Tower complex. The city is threatening to "yellow-tag" the building in 24 hours (about the time you will be reading this) if the management does not get the breaking and potentially falling glass situation under control. If I recall correctly a yellow-tag building can not be legally entered except by people who are directly working on the building. I am not even sure that legit residents would be allowed in.
I know I would be really pissed if I had a $2 million condo that was so unsafe the city refused to let me even enter the building.
