Joe "Bite-Me" Biden threw in a normal-for-him gaffe over the weekend when he sort-of confirmed he was running for president. There are currently 13 people who have officially announced their candidacy, and at least a dozen are dangling their toes in the water.
One has already dropped out after getting zero traction. He was such a cipher I don't even remember who the hell it was.
