Four young men were arrested by the Stockton P. D. Friday evening at a vigil for three young adults murdered in east Stockton about 22 hours earlier.
Arrested were Alexis Herrera, 19, Rigoberto Maya, 21, Rudy Garcia, 19 and Alfonso Jardon, 25. The young men were drinking in public and when the cops approached them they "located" two handguns.
Herrera is still in custody on charges of gang membership, carrying a loaded firearm and possession of a large capacity magazine.
